SQUAT 175 3x4
Lat pulls. 120 x 10 4x6 had to use a different machine ..it felt weird ..dont know how it compares to my usual machine. did these anywaysto keep some work capacity up.
Was unable to pull due to platfoem being used and no time yo wait. ill be so happy when the additional building is finished with the extra platform

Alright been a rough few weeks. Illness and life running rampant. Been getting a few sessions in ans now back to this here logging. Should be regular again. I've worked my squat back up to 165 3x5, took bench to 175 5x5 now gonna start that there Montana method(mostly) for bench that every one raves about. Did 65 percent (135 ) for 7x7 on Friday and experimented with some myo rep lat pulls. Ouch.
