That makes one of us... :(

Had a minor surgical procedure done yesterday. Unfortunately, I'll have to scrap my U/L split for a couple weeks and embrace the bro.

I hope it was something cool to enhance physical abilities. Like the Tommy John surgery that baseball pitchers get.

Thanks, guys. Nothing major, though movements with any kind of hip hinge are out of the picture for a bit.

@hector I’m no Henry Rowengartner, unfortunately

Conv DL 340x5 360x3 (380,390,400)x1 all DOH
OHP 155x3 175x1 155x3
Circuit: pullups/kb swings/ab wheel

Actual lifting session today. These probably won’t be too frequent until after Step 1 (maybe not then either, unfortunately), but everything felt ok and I wanted to blow off some steam. School’s been fairly stressful of late.

Just let my d’OH grip be the limiting factor in working up to a deadlift single today.

I hope this "medical school" thing is worth it. Seems it has taken quite the toll on your lifting frequency.

Also, Eric and I are both front squatting in the 300's now.
