Dr. Who's Log

Getting back after a long layoff. I'm not capable of sticking to much of anything, but keeping a log on paper that I keep losing isn't working, so trying a log here. Signed up for a meet in the fall. Goal is 1300 at 204. Weigh 209 now after losing about 5 pounds on a PSMF.

Saturday 6/22/19
SQ 325 2 x 5 (felt heavy but went right up)
BP 195 3 x 5 (flexing my wrists just a little, which I think puts the bar more in line with my forearm axis, so hits on my sternum, but still feels unnatural)
DL 315 1 x 10 (done almost no DLing up to this point, so was tired and didn't want to go higher.

A lot of upside on the bench just from a little work and finding a groove, but my goal of 300 is sketchy.
