Thanks, @Wilhelm

I'm actually on W1D3 of a 2nd cycle; will post all the data from the last couple of weeks here. It's been wonderful so far. Subtle, even.

Thanks, @GlasgowJock

End of last year I set the fairly aggressive goal of 4/3/5 (20kg) plates by July this year. Got the 180 squat well ahead of schedule, leaving the 140 bench (slim to fair chance) and the 220 deadlift (pretty confident).

People doing some crazy shit today. Violent kipping-row-thrusts on the rings. Another chap just rowing everything in sight. If he could grip it it got rowed.

W2D2 C2

Squat:
Up to 155x1

Bench:
Up to 110x1

CGBP:
80x8x2

Deadlift:
170x1
150x3x6

Deadlift felt a bit awkward. I don't think too heavy, just...not in the groove.

Back home for the weekend, went to the gym with home friends and just mucked about.

Bench:
100x4
115x1
130x1 (9kg PR, also 7.5kg over current training e1RM, but will still only bump up 2.5kg next cycle.)
100x3x4ish

Trap Bar Deadlift: (First time using a trap bar, so everything a PR.)
82.5x3
122.5x1
152.5x1
172.5x1
192.5x1
215x1
225x1
245x1
265kgx1 (What?? Heaviest thing I've ever lifted...by 65kg.)

Edit: At the time we thought the trap bar weighed 27.5kg so we started adding 2.5kg to make round numbers, turns out it was 32.5kg according to the manufacturer's website. We also thought we'd loaded 250kg but it was actually 10kg more. So what we thought was 250 was actually 265... Shiiiit.

Solid trap bar deadlift! Congrats, especially while “just mucking around”.

Thanks, @Chebass88 ! Had to edit the log post as we messed up the weight. Was actually 265 not 250. Pretty ridiculous. If only it were a real deadlift...

Felt okay so was going to start 3rd cycle of MM, but at the gym just had no energy and felt sore/tight from the two PRs at the weekend.

Bench:
90x5x5

Squat:
120x5x3

Press:
50x3x5

Will warm up as usual on Wednesday and see.
