Shoulder pain after set 4. Felt like a tendon sliding around causing the pain. This is not new to me. I'll go slow the coming days/weeks to not aggravate it.

195x1@9 felt significantly harder than 192.5x1@8 last week and was visibly slower on video. Might have been a shitty day. I'm also not sleeping and eating enough and actually losing weight (intentionally), so might be some or all of these reasons.

I did a few singles at 70kg mostly pain free but I could tell it would have been painful had I done more. My strategy in these circumstances is to do as much as possible without pain. Seems to help with healing/recovery and actually gives me a benchmark for whether it is getting better or worse.
