Previously ran the Bridge 1.0 viewtopic.php?f=5&t=2155
Starting BBM's HLM 2.0 tomorrow. Will be logging here. Looked over the new template. Looks interesting.

Week 1 Day 1

Squat with belt:
195x6@7
210x6@8
225x6@9

Press with belt
95x6@8.5
100x6@8
100x5@10--bleh Just didn't make the last rep.

2 ct pause deadlift
225x4@7
240x4@8
250x4@9

Haven't lifted since 12/3. Work trip and head cold. Lost a little weight and experienced a bit of a regression in my lifts, but I'm glad to be back.

Just looked at your previous log, nice and detailed info about training sessions and programming.

Will be following your log and hoping to see you crushing some PR's!

Week 1 Day 2

Bench, 1 ct pause
175x6@7
190x6@8.5
205x5@10

Notes: failed the 6th rep. Bad day at work and wanted to lift 'angry'. Paid the price.

Leg press
205x10@7
225x10@8
275x10@7.5

Notes: This was supposed to be @7 8 9 but never leg pressed. Kind of prejudiced against it. I'm guessing the idea is to have a supp lift that will help me get stronger but won't fatigue me.

Lever row
14 reps at 230 lbs. Then 4 myo reps at 230.

Notes: I need to read more about how to properly execute the lever row and how to perform myoreps.

I enjoy the movement variation, but it is a bit difficult to use RPE on lifts I've never executed before--i.e. leg press x 10@8.

Week 1 Day 3

Deadlift with belt
265x6@7
280x6@8
290x6@9

CGBP
180x4@7
190x4@8
200x4@9

HBBS
195x1@8?
165x5x3

Note: I do not know how to HBBS.

7 min density block for chins
6 5 4 4 4 2 2 = 23 chins

Note: after Day 1 I did GPP: 25 mins incline walk, 6 min plank and 6 min arm work. No time for GPP Day 2 this week.

Week 2 Day 1

Squat with belt
205x6@7
225x6@8.5
230x6@9
5% backoff from 6@9
215x6
215x4 hip pain.

Note: Need to eat more on my Heavy days. Will push the weight next week.

Press with belt
85x6@7
95x8@8
100x6@9
5% back off from 6@9
95x4x3

Note: Cautious on these given that screwed up last week's Rx.

2ct Pause dead 1 inch off the floor
225x4@6.5
245x4@8
255x4@8.5
5% back off 4@9
240x4

6 min density block-arms

General notes: Gotta calibrate my diet properly for the HLM set up. I was a bit lazy on the Bridge 1.0; however, I got away with it since the workouts were all of 'Medium' intensity. Also I want to be more aggressive. Too complacent right now.
