Trail run. 2.75 mile, 505ft climb. Trail was rocky and rooty.

Squat: 295x5x6

Short trail run. 1.2 miles.
I want to get faster. Today was a 9:30mile pace. On longer runs it’s slower. My terrain isn’t gentle, but I should be able to move faster than this.
