Yea man, I'd stick with them until your block is over or until they start to get a little easier

Best of luck with the remainder man. Fair play for gutting it out despite the injury.

Press w belt Rx: 1x8, 3@9x1

Rows: 6@6 6@7 6@8x2 sets
145x6@6 155x6@7 170x6@8 x 2 sets.

Chins: 5 5 5 4 4 2 = 25 chins in 7 min.

Last day of Bridge 1.0 for me. I'm on a work trip for the rest of the week. I'll be able to train again next Monday (12/10). I'll probably rerun the last two days of the Bridge. Or do some sort of two day LP. Donno. I hope to start my next program on 12/15. Looking at Montana Method, BBM-HLM, BBM-Pressing template. BBM-HLM seems like the most likely option.

I'll try to write up a retrospective when I have time.

Congrats on sticking with it and seeing it through. I hope that it was a useful experience for you.

I look forward to reading your take on it. I have two sessions left and will write something up too, when it's done. I'm leaning towards MM next, to try a new take on things. The cycles are much shorter, so there is not a huge buy in. Also it's free so I guess there is literally no buy in.
