That doxylamine will do that. A dose of Nyquil has 12.5mg. Sometimes I take Kirkland (Costco) Sleep Aid, which comes in 25mg pills. I cut them in quarters. A full 25mg would probably knock me out for 24hr.

Failed to do a session this morning, but did some rounds of chin ups and triangle push ups with my son tonight. That is, until I strained something around the insertion point in my right lat...he managed to get 10 rounds in, though, so that's pretty cool.

Then he came down off the bar too fast at an angle and slipped past the chair he was using to reach the bar. Sliding his toes over the hard edge of the wooden chair with all his weight and landing on some metal at the base of the rack did not leave him feeling too good, though he wasn't actually hurt. Hopefully he learns without losing all interest in the activity itself....
I think I have some kind of allergy problem that's causing an ache in my head from sinus congestion or something. I had a pulsating headache for a while after each set.
Glad to have a good week. Not exactly shaping up to be a good year but it's a start towards one...

Running outside is even better. IMO.
And this is coming from someone who used to almost entirely do treadmills.

Convenience. I can read while I'm on the treadmill; it measures time, distance and calories for me while also managing my pace. Plus I sweat A LOT and I can run in my underwear on a treadmill, so I don't completely soak through shorts and a tshirt every day. I think running outside would be better if I wanted to get better at running for realz, but I mostly just want to get decent cardio and burn calories...
