I finished my cut, lost 4kg of bw, visibly lost quite a lot of fat and not much muscle if at all, overall I'm satisfied with the results.
I won't do a dedicated deload week because last week was de-facto a deload week.

I reduced my daily food intake (especially carbs), and stopped drinking soft drinks and snacking.
I also did fasted liss (walks) 4 times a week (20-30 minutes each time), I think it helped too.
