19/5/23:
forgot to do wall balls

Bench press 65x5, 72.5x5, 80x4 (TM=85)

2 circuits: (got lazy and only did 2 circuits)
Bench press 65x5
Standing dumbell rows 24kg (each side) 8 reps
Squats 15 reps

reverse 10kg wall ball toss 3x3

Deadlift 115x5, 130x5, 145x3 (TM=152.5) (had a few more reps left in the tank)

Press 42.5x5x5
Chinups 5x5

I finished my cut, lost 4kg of bw, visibly lost quite a lot of fat and not much muscle if at all, overall I'm satisfied with the results.
I won't do a dedicated deload week because last week was de-facto a deload week.

That’s great. In addition to running the Wendler program, what did you do in terms of diet?

I reduced my daily food intake (especially carbs), and stopped drinking soft drinks and snacking.
I also did fasted liss (walks) 4 times a week (20-30 minutes each time), I think it helped too.
