Been doing a bro-esque 4 day program for a bit.

Fitness Objectives:
--Lose weight (185ish to sub-180) just by eating a little cleaner
--don't lose lean mass
--improve work capacity

Program Setup:
--hit a high set of 3 on major lifts every session
--3x10 work for assistance with 90 second rests (increase weight if 8 reps is reached on final set)
--6 week phases (5 week progression with 1 week recovery)
--in and out of gym in under an hour (5-6 total movements)
--select movements that use multiple muscles versus isolation where possible

Really sand bagged my first phase. Starting to fail on final set every session on most movements. Will run this at least one more phase.
