So happy I found this place. Everyone's here!

Thanks to Simon Rest for signing off his old log with directions here.

I was a frequent visitor and avid reader at the old place but not a frequent poster... I expect that trend to continue.

34yo Male
190cm and 115kg

My second child was born on 18 August so there's been a bit of enforced time off. Not a bad thing and I'm hoping to get back to the gym refreshed and with knees that don't hurt.

Log will be in kg... sorry

Hi mate, yep, been in HK for almost 4 years now (which encompasses my entire 2 and a bit years of weight training). I'm a Melbourne boy originally though.

p.s. I miss your old log title already haha

Continuing the LP back up to old levels

Squat
110x5x3 (hopefully can LP to something like 170x5x3 or 180ish x 5 with a couple of drop sets)

Bench
85x5x3 - god my bench sucks, this is already starting to feel heavy

Deadlift
170x1 - easy
150x5 - easy
130x5x2
