Really good week of training, especially considering how badly I've been sleeping. Pulling strength is really coming along. I ordered a couple more 45s for when I'm ready for 675!

E1RM: 493 (+10)

Squats have clicked really well lately.



2. Competition bench:

255 x 1 @6

270 x 1 @7

285 x 1 @8

225 x 6 x 3

E1RM: 309 (+5)

Trouble getting tight.



3. Barbell curls:

65 x 12 x 3

2. Deadlift with belt:

3. Wide-grip tng bench:

185 x 12 @6

200 x 12 @7

215 x 12 @9

215 x 12 @10

E1RM: 311 (+3)

I can't do these anymore. They're killing my shoulder.





Unexpected drop-off in strength on my top set. I wonder why. I'm under more life stress now but I'm not sure that has anything to do with it.
