Gonna start posting my training here, have fun reading it LUL.

Current best lifts at 240ish, 5 11ish

Squat 406
Bench 297.5
Press 185
Deadlift - Havent been deadlifting for a little while, but need to start again

Will post next training session soon.

My current programming is the original Texas Method, which lots of people here love and accept unconditionally. My only change is that I perform 3 heavy triples on the press instead of keeping it light for my light days. So training for Wednesday evening was my light day, so nothing spectacular happened.

Squat 2 sets of 5 @ 130kg, easy
Press 3 sets of 3 @ 159 pounds, kind of hard not bad though

Overall not bad.
