Yep. Tell that to Todd. He has a great eye for form but his opinions on PT are so out dated. It’s super frustrating because there’s a lot of broken kids in his gym. Not everyone want to just live in constant pain and train through it.

SLDL. No belt

Flat Press

Bousu Ball Shoulder Rehab

Front and Back Plank Crawls
5x about 20ft per set
One Arm Dumbbell Clean and Press
8x5 45lb DB
