Back after a weekend of drinking and walking around Disney.
Getting it done:
Feet up bench: 315x3x4
Dips and curls supaset no rest with bands.
Arms are a bloody mess.

Then chores and ready for Christmas eve dinner. Still waiting to see if the reason I went to Disney makes plans to visit this vacation period. Women are confusing. Or maybe I'm confusing.

I suck at logging in the new year!
Went to Disney before Christmas with kiddo and co-worker..ex. whatever.
Had a good sized dinner for Christmas eve.
Celebrated with kiddo. He makes the holiday fucking magic. Love it.
Got about 200$ in 75% off lights for next year from home depot. Making it happen!

Hanely has me on 4 days a week bench. That's. Probably why I stopped logging. Been also adding in air/goblet squats and rdl. Continuing to heal. RIght hip flexor or oblique or something has been achy for weeks now. Dunno if i pulled it or if something didn't heal well on the inside or what. Used to feel like this post deadlifts but I haven't been doing much but pt and riding the air dyne. and this didn't bother me post surgery on the right so I dunno wtf I did. My body is betraying me!

Will get back to logging but goddaman going to 216(218.4 this am) and doing feet up bench making me feel week. Least arms are on point with the BFR and all the curls and tris!

Happy New year and all of that. My work trip schedule is already being silly.

Have I been logging? I guess not so much. Logging bench is kinda boring! Feet up, bench rep/set variations. Yippie! Was in prague last week, didn't get much done lifting wise. Back at the gym Monday didn't log. Today is what Wednesday?

Feet up bench:
300x4x5
Chins: 10x5
some time on bike. Did BFR on the airdyne for 10 minutes yesterday. That made me a bit wobbly. Off to doctors next week see what we can do for lifting then. I kinda feel like i wanna actually go to a gym and see real people at some point. Maybe. I do love my monolifts. Maybe if they have ssb i can do that there? Getting close to 65lbs on goblet squats and then i can ssb
Right hip flexor or psoas or some shit is rocked and has been for weeks. Trying to stretch that out. Maybe PT next week will have ideas.
