Worked out at a globo gym with a buddy today. I miss some aspects of lifting in a gym, but still I feel the benefits of the home gym outweigh the drawbacks. If money wasn't an issue I'd have the home gym plus gym membership.

Last week of these, but I really liked them and will be including them on future hypertrophy blocks. Good way to get some additional quad and glute work without the low back and overall stress. It'd be nice to use dumbbells instead of the SSB.
