Age: 33 years
Sex: Male
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 168lbs
Goals: Just want to feel good, have good mind muscle connection, and make mostly good quality reps. Hit that 75%-85% 1rm sweet spot in the barbell lifts, do some productive non-barbell exercising, only test my upper limits when necessary.

Deficit Landmine Press from Half Kneeling - 3 sets x 6 reps @ 25lbs each arm
Ring Support - 3 sets x 30 seconds
Ring Dips - bw+18lbs x 7 reps x 3 sets
Supinated Barbell Row - 155lbs 3 sets x 7 reps
Seated Cable Row - 130lbs x 3 sets x 7 reps, 3 second negative
Lateral Dumbbell Delt Raises - 25lbs x 4 sets x 8 reps
KB windmills - 3 sets x 8 reps each side, 12kg bell
