Notes: Tried to do Front Squats as demo'd by Andy Baker, but they sucked. My straps were too short to effectively keep the bar stable and my shoulders pretty much lack any flexibility at all. Soooo.....fuck front squats!!! :evil:
Hi-bar squats weren't too horrible, but maybe I'll get a set of straps better suited for the front squat.....maybe.
Could've gone heavier on Hi-SQ....maybe up it 10# next set of 8's?

Sidenote: I gotta start adding vids to this log!
