Press ~175 (I don't remember exactly because I try to forget about this miserable lift as much as possible)

I haven't moved any of those numbers up in quite a while, but I haven't gotten too much weaker either. I guess that's something.

Hi guys.

My old log was about to be a very lonely place.

Now that we're all here. I smoked some pork over the weekend and I think it was the best one I've done so far. I cut a 10lb boneless shoulder in half so I wouldn't have to get up at 3am to get it finished for dinner. Salt the night before and Memphis dust right before the smoke.

I used a mixture of oak and cherry wood chunks for the smoke. I think I had about 9 1/2 hours total cook time with the last 2 or 3 wrapped in foil. The pulled pork disappeared in a hurry. We had 12 people total and less than 1/2 pound leftover.

Nice lifting. I also think the press is a depressing lift...

I was a bit too optimistic about where to start doubles. I think I'll try 435 next time around.

Notes:
1) This and most other DL work sets done with straps.
2) I really suck at deadlifts
