Squat BWx30sec 20x5x2 40x5 60x3 70x1 80x1 86x6x4.
Press 20x5 30x3 40x1 41x6x3.
Dead 60x5 80x3 100x1 113.5x6x3.
Bench 20x5 30x5 40x3 50x1 56x6x3.
Moved household furniture on Saturday, drank bottle of vino on Sunday (old enough but not smart enough to know better).
Calf DOMs, furniture moving was uphill and down dale.
Weight 88.1.

For those that care, I'm running a slightly modified Baker GGW, I have added lighter Bench on Monday, I do not test my 1RMs but base my next cycles weights off my 2RMs from week 11. For me 1RMs = injury. My conditioning is blatantly stolen from the Bridge.

Squat BWx20 secs in bottom position 20x5x2 40x3 50x1 60x1 70x1 80x1 90x1 96x6 90x5x2. Lower back started to pinch during day (just while standing), had broken sleep night before. Squat form was like shit except worse, all over the shop, trying to compensate for pain. The struggle is real. Got it done.
Light Deadlift 60x5 80x1 100x1 120x1 (straps)130x5x3 really hard, going to drop the percentage for these. Lower back fried.
Weight 87.6.

LISS Bike 30:00 HR A119 M131. Took 8 minutes to get up to target HR of 125BPM even with bike on higher setting, because of change of programming and back spasms (meaning it's all I did). I suppose the time taken to get HR up is indicative of good things.

Fuck my back and the horse it rode in on. So last week my lower back becomes sore and starts spasming, happened while I was just standing still. So missed Deads and light squat last week. Wake up this morning and its fine, WTF.

Light Press 20x5 30x1 40x1 42x5x3.
Chin-ups 9 8 8 total 25.
Weight 87. Ate like a pig as usual over the weekend and I lose 1.4kg, usually put on at least 1.5kg, again WTF!
