Run \ Walk
2.96 miles in 27:51

So hot and humid I had to walk some. Horrible. I couldn't stop sweating for 4 hours.

Lever
adv tuck hold x8s
front lever x6s,6s
straddle hold x8s
1 leg hold x5s+5s
full negative x5,5
fl raise + scapula retraction pump x5+5,5+5,5+5

------

I need to build a 32 foot fence on one side of my backyard. There's a short, gappy picket fence there now. I need something taller before the neighbor sells. . . . I went and looked at some panels that a fence company sells. I wasn't that happy, especially at $200 a panel. I think I'm going to just build one from scratch. I'll try to price it out with the lumber yard. But I think I could get 5/4 cedar for that price. It would last a very long time.

I'm going to build it on his side of the retaining wall, about 16" down from the top on my side. I'll build a 7 foot fence, the bottom 10.5" will be a horizontally configured 2x12. That will bring it up to close to 7 feet on his side. . . . Probably need to rent an auger to get the posts 3' deep. I'll have to buy 10' posts.

Headstand Push Up

I was sweating so much in the garage that I couldn't keep my hands dry. These were kind of dangerous. Chalk would just dissolve from the sweat running down my arms.

Chin Up

BW+50x5
BW+95x5,5,5,5,5,5

Push Up

Super setted with:

Have you thought about laying down nonskid for doing these in the summer? It would probably tear up your skin if you tried handstand walking on it, but for something stationary like pushups it might be helpful.

That's a good idea. I might try that next year. I'm hoping that the humid, hot season is over.

Thanks. It took me way too long to build it. I thought of some ways to speed up the process.

They'll hop right over it.

But I finally got a chest freezer, big enough to fit a large, body building, hairless chimp. Now I need to fill it.

Painted the pipe on my stove. I can burn the bones in here:

Have you tried the Popeye's fish sandwich?

I haven't looked up the macros yet, but I am a fan. Magnitudes better than McDonald's.
