Well, it finally happened. My squat and I decided to break it off, spend some time away from each other. I couldn't keep the charade up any longer. No matter how much I put on a brave face, I never enjoyed being around her and felt even worse for a couple of days after seeing her. Maybe we'll get back some time down the road, but for now it's best we move on.

So, slipped in my brother-in-laws pool on Monday and right away felt a pull on the back of my right leg towards the inner half. Think it's the hammy but not sure. Went to do my deadlift workout last night and did not feel good. A strong pull on it when I did my first warmup at 135#, so I just did not go above that.

Deadlift
135x3x10 - just to get some blood flowing to the area with hopes it will help.

BB Row - not a chance. Went to do the same 135 as above and the hammy felt like it was going to shred. So I abandoned it.

Went to do deadlifts as my right hammy was feeling better. Got to 275# and felt a pull so I stopped, did some reps at 135 again and moved onto bench.
