I was going to try 150, but after how 135 felt I knew it wasn't happening. Should have done 142.5, but it's ok. I'll redo 145 next week I think. Can't expect to make much progress only once a week.
Same thing with the curls, 85 was a bit too heavy for decent form, so dropped the weight for repping out.

Squat/Bench weights are starting to feel like the percentages they are supposed to. I think I'm catching up to my "actual maxes" for the e1rms.

So I forgot I had a prior engagement Friday, so I wouldn't have time to train. Shit.
And the next two weeks are going to be similar.
I'm going to try an idea just to maintain the best I can.
Mondays will be "1@8 plus volume" day. I'm going to do front squats and bench. I want to switch over to doing front squats exclusively for a little while anyway cause I'd like to see how quickly I can hit a 315 front squat. Bench has been doing great for upper body.
Then Thursday will basically be a "Power" day. Do the MM power template, maybe add on an extra rep a few percentage higher and try and hit a @9.
I'll have to do that for 2-3 weeks, and hopefully get back into the swing of it from there with the full template.

Front Squat
205 3x5
That's it. Wow not going to plan. My rack was super uncomfortable, definitely have to work on it a bit before I can "express my strength". I realized once I hit 185 warming up that a real test of 1@8 wasn't going to be possible. So I just got some work in.
I'm trying to get my mojo back, but I've felt a bit off and the upcoming travel isn't helping. I just have to keep at it until I get back into the swing of things. This happens from time to time, just keep moving.

Front Squat, Beltless
185 5x3
Still working on my front rack. Using the tips I got, I could get into a decent position by the end of it. Elbow pain stopped about halfway through, now just some pressure on my wrists as I ascend. It was getting better though, a couple more sessions and I should be good to go.
Unfortunately, with the pain I couldn't really do any benching or anything afterwards. No worries, a couple of weeks of taking it easy won't be a big deal if I keep track and it's on purpose.

You've already tried them with straps, right? It's the only way I can do more than a single without feeling like somethings gonna snap off.

I actually don't have a pair of straps like that lol
I only have dowel straps right now. I've got them in the Amazon cart though,so I'll have them once I throw a couple more things in there.
