Squats

Had a bad week, got sick and lost a few lbs. So I dropped down in weight for this workout and these felt rough.
Bench
175x3x5
Dropped down in volume on these in addition to the weight.
Going to be a tough week or two coming up as there's a bunch of things going starting tomorrow with fixing the leak in the drain pipe. I will try to fit in workouts when there's some time.

Felt like i was run over all day long. Really didn't want to train but with nothing else going on i needed to do some lifting as it's been sporatic the last week. So, maybe it wasn't the best idea to dip my toe into the RPE pool but i did it anyway.

285x3@9 - i was hoping this would be an 8 but didn't work out like that

So far 2018 has not gone as hoped. I continued to lift but got lazy and did not log it here. There have been a lot of stops and starts due to life getting in the way so I regressed quite a bit. Then in April I tackled a foundation leak repair at home and being a cheap bastard did all the work on my own in the evenings mostly. So my last workout was April 17, which was bench and Squat was on April 15.
It's taken a few weeks to finish the job, mostly because I had to break up 4 yards of concrete in order to fix the issue. So I was to tired to lift afterwards.
Now that the job is done, I started back yesterday. Going to take it easy to see how I respond and then hopefully get back up to where I was before.
