Mostly just to do something new for a while, and it's easier without having to think much about it. I'm sure if I do another meet I'll go back to lowbar just for the el bees.

Felt great through the DL and bench, and finished all main lifts in under 100m which was fine, but tempo squats took a lot out of me, then changing shoes, schlepping to other side of gym, etc, then the 4 rounds of arm work took a while and I was fairly gassed after this.

I downloaded a metronome app. I set it at 75bps and used that. 60bps too br00tal. I liked it. It also doesn't interrupt the music, just clicks on top of that to keep count. I'll try it with paused DL tomorrow.

Went OK. expect this to go up pretty quickly.

Low-stress week, which is much appreciated as last week I was pretty crap with nutrition, plus sister was visiting so boozed a little bit, and I was still fairly sore coming into this session from Friday's DL mayhem. Pleasantly surprised to feel good enough to go up in weight on the squat, though it ended up being a bit harder than what was targeted. Press finally felt decent.
