A slighyl dull workout only enlivened by some bloke who lives in misapplied wrist wraps and shouts to himself before sets, while wearing headphones.
I want a sign in the gym (next to the one about not doing heavy deadlifts) that says "Nobody cares about your lifts and neither should you, so keep quiet".
Anyway:

Cardio, treadmill, not long, not fast, it was awful.
