Bodyweight: 160.9 lbs
Bench: 95x10 145x10,10,10,10
Front Squat: 95x12,12,12,19
Seated DB OHP: 25x12,12,12,19
Purposefully aimed low on the front squat TM and the seated db OHP, because they're auxiliary lifts and I don't train them so I have no idea how hard they are. The DB OHP were very easy, so next time I'll try with 30s. The front squat was also easy but 19 reps on the last set made me want to die. Missed the bench target reps on the last set by two, so I'll drop the TM on that lift.
