Re: Maureen's NLP Log
I’ve personally used Rogue’s SSB and I think the 2nd version of Titan’s. I personally prefer the Rogue, but the Titan one is just fine, too. There’s a huge thread in the Equipment forum on SSB’s: viewtopic.php?f=10&t=556. Lots of good thoughts there.laikabear wrote: ↑Mon Oct 19, 2020 10:10 amI do train at home, I do not have a SSB, nor have I tried one. Feel free to prosthetylize (including recommending a brand, posting videos, etc). I'm not certain I want to buy more gear right now, but I do like to learn about new things.alek wrote: ↑Mon Oct 19, 2020 9:33 am Ma’am, do you have time to talk about our lord and savior, the Safety Squat Bar?
But seriously, have you ever tried/used one before? It looks like you’re training at home, and it would certainly be an extra expense even if you find one, but it may help with pain issues.

They’re certainly an investment (~$400), and depending on your circumstances, if you consider getting one, I’d try to find a gym that has one that would let you “test drive” it a couple times.

Be sure it's the 2.0 if Titan.
Just in case you're buying used, or they still offer the 1.0 on the site.
