Got started with the two week montana method this week, feeling good so far but it's too early to tell.
Paused Bench: 7x5x67.5@~5
Density Block of Chinups: 32 reps in 10 minutes. Boy do I suck at chinups... did these in triples and some doubles in the end.

Hard to tell with just two weeks, but it looks like it's working, so I'm running the two week cycle again.
I did add a couple sets to deadlifts, felt like I could use the volume as progress felt a bit worse, with fatigue low.
