Lots of coaching, only had time for bench.
Close Grip Bench Press: 90kg x 5, 110kg x 3, 115kg x 3, 120kg x 2, 115kg x 2,2,2,2, 110kg x 3
I had hoped to do 120x3 and doubles with 117.5 but the first couple of sets were heavier than I hoped for so I went conservative. I don't like to go much over RPE8 in training but some of those sets were 9s.
Lots of coaching, only had time for bench.
Close Grip Bench Press: 90kg x 5, 110kg x 3, 115kg x 3, 120kg x 2, 115kg x 2,2,2,2, 110kg x 3

My right wrist is giving me a lot of trouble lately as are my shoulders. Will have to cut back on upper body work for a while.

12.5cm Rack Pull: 150kg x 3, 180kg x 3, 210kg x 3,3,3, 220kg x 1, 230kg x 1, 240kg x 1, 250kg x 1
A very pleasant surprise. I had planned 180 3x3 but that was stupid easy so I pushed a little higher. 250 is a lifetime PR from this box height (12.5cm, 5") and equal to my best equipped deadlift.
This raises my hopes that I might be able to deadlift 240kg soon and maybe even a lifetime raw PR, 245.
